Most of San Lorenzo guitars are made on order for our Dealers and Customers
At first step we define together on a free project how will look the custom instrument and how much would that cost
When all is ok on the project (price, material, finishes, pickups, completion time …) We propose to pay in two times, 50% for the first payment, and 50% for the last before shipping
Upon receipt of your first payment, the order will be validated and you will receive all along the crafting photos of your growing babe
Before shipping, you will be contacted and informed that your instrument is finished and ready to reach you

Before validation of your project, you’ll be informed of the time we need to build your instrument (generally between 4 and 6 months according planning)

We ship safely all around the world by DHL or FEDEX
