The order of a product on quotation or the online catalog of “San Lorenzo Guitars” registered trademark of San Lorenzo Innovation & Design (SLID) is subject to the acceptance by the Customer of the entire Terms and Conditions Set out below

These General Conditions of Sale are binding on the Customer to the exclusion of all other conditions

 

1 Acceptance
1.1

2 Products
2.1 Sold online via the website

3 Availability
3.1 Products not manufactured by S.L.I.D .:

Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are on the site, within the limit of available stocks. Information on the availability of the products is provided to the Customer at the time of placing his order. 3.2 Products manufactured by S.L.I.D .:

Products manufactured by S.L.I.D., including musical instruments, are manufactured at the request of the Customer. The completion time is clearly specified to the Customer in the description of each product or when placing an order. This implementation time is therefore presumed to be known and approved by the Customer during the validation of the order.

4 Home
4.1 Orders placed via the website of S.L.I.D .:

4.2 Orders placed in direct contact with S.LI.D .:

4.4 Modification of order:

4.5 Cancellation of order:

5 Delivery

After confirmation of the order, S.L.I.D. Undertakes to deliver to its carrier all references ordered by the buyer.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours to 48h after validation of the order. Order preparation is from Monday to Friday. They are then delivered to the carrier and it is the carrier’s deadline that then applies for the delivery time. Warning: Delivery times for carriers are given as an indication and we can not be held responsible for possible delivery times by the carrier.

Orders are only returned to the carrier once they have been completed. In case of partial shipment requested, the shipping costs will be paid for each shipment.

The Customer must notify the carrier and S.L.I.D. Any reserve on the delivered product (damaged package, already opened …) within 72 hours of receipt of the product. In the case of a technical product, the Customer shall pay special attention to verify the correct operation of the delivered appliance, to read the operating instructions supplied to it.

In the event of apparent defects, the Customer has the right of return under the conditions provided for in this document.

In addition to deliveries outside metropolitan France, the Customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of order.

We can not be held responsible for delivery times after the parcel is delivered to the carrier.

6 Force majeure

Are considered as cases of force majeure relieving the seller of his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. 7 Retraction

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled are not taken back.

In case of exercise of the right of retraction, S.L.I.D. Shall be liable for the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.

8 Price

The price is expressed in euros (€).

The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.

The price invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated on the confirmation of order sent by S.L.I.D. ; It includes the price of the products and the transport costs.

S.LI.D. Reserves the right at any time to modify prices. However, for any accepted order, S.LI.D. Guarantees the prices charged on the date of confirmation of the order by S.LI.D.

9 Payment
9.1 Cash Settlement:

Applied to products resold by S.L.I.D., in stock and / or not customized. This method of payment is clearly stated on the product sheet.

9.2 Payment of a deposit with the order:

This method of payment applies to orders for services or products not stored (customized musical instruments for example). A deposit of 40% of the total amount is requested in order to allow S.L.I.D. The validation of the order (article 4.3). The balance of the total amount is requested to the Customer before the shipment of his order. Depending on the degree of personalization and / or the total amount, an intermediate payment of 40% may be requested from the Customer. This method of payment is clearly specified on the product sheet and / or the quotation.

9.3 Payment:

Payment of the products is made in euros by credit card, paypal, bank transfer, check or cash.
For payments by credit card, paypal, the validation of the order is automated and instantaneous. Treatment is therefore the fastest and S.L.I.D. Strongly recommends using these methods of payment.
In the case of a payment by bank transfer, the deadline for receipt of payment is about 2 to 4 working days after the transfer has been issued. The order is validated only after full payment has been received on our account.
In the case of a payment by check the delay can be 7 to 15 days for the overall processing (receipt of your check, deposit and cashing of your check, and verification and confirmation of the bank).

The order validated by the Customer will be considered effective only when the centers of payment bank concerned have given their agreement.
In case of refusal of these centers, the order will be canceled automatically and the Client informed by e-mail. Furthermore, S.L.I.D. Reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute.

11 Intellectual property

12 Liability and Warranty

12.1 General

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. The responsibility of S.L.I.D. 12.1 Musical instruments

S.L.I.D. Proposes for the musical instruments of the trademark San Lorenzo Guitars, a lifetime guarantee against any defect of manufacture and hidden defect to their first purchaser. Any musical instrument purchased in second hand is covered within the limit of the legal warranty and from the date of issue of the certificate of authenticity of the first purchaser.
Wearing parts are not covered by the warranty (for example, strings, frets on the guitar neck).
We reserve the right to refuse any return for a product damaged due to improper use.

13 Privacy Policy
